In a nondescript strip center south of the 1960 area, between a daycare center and a tire shop, this tiny space pushes out big flavors, including some of the best Polish/Czech kielbasa-style pork-and-beef sausage you will find, along with SETX-style boudin, and a throwback Beaumont-style beef juicy link.
The rest of the trinity – brisket and ribs – are also worthy, and on Fridays he serves some of the best fried catfish and shrimp at any Houston barbecue joint. Rib tips are a special on Thursdays.
