Tin Roof BBQ

Tin Roof BBQ entrance
In 2001 the Webber family bought a plot of land in what would become the center of booming Atascocita and built a sprawling barbecue joint that has become a community gathering place.

Son Brek Webber has taken the pitmaster lead nowadays, supplementing a collection of offset barrel smokers with big Oyler rotisseries to produce the growing volume of barbecue needed to serve this booming community. Prime briskets are the cornerstone of the smoked meat offerings along with a growing collection of excellent house-made sausages.

There’s a huge outdoor patio and play area that’s family-friendly and features live music on weekends. Tin Roof BBQ has become known for their charitable activities with Brek and parents Nancy and Ronnie pulling their big barbecue trailers all over the country to help out feeding those in need during disasters.
